Frontend engineers at Llama are responsible for building the Llama platform, which is an application built on the Llama smart contract framework.

Llama is an enterprise platform for smart contract access control and operations. Protocols and token issuers use Llama to automate treasury management, manage token governance, secure developer workflows, and execute other privileged actions.

Your responsibilities

• Ship frontend features written in modern, typescript-based React code
  • Features include the ability for users to create and approve complex actions, verify action state, and visualize an audit trail of roles and permissions
• Build dashboards that display a large amount of data in an intuitive way
• Create a flexible component system that can be reused across interfaces
• Work with backend engineers to design database schemas and APIs
• Understand the smart contract framework to enable users to interact with it seamlessly through the Llama platform

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with Typescript, React, Next.js/Vercel, client-side performance, device compatibility, and browser developer tools
• Knowledgeable about modern CSS frameworks and how to maintain a design system at scale
